My name is Zach Smith.
I grew up in Devault Pennsylvania (suburban Philadelphia region), and as a young kid lived in Cairo Egypt and Tembagapoura Indonesia.
In elementary School I was diagnosed with severe dyslexia, which has made my greatest passion (writing) much more difficult, but as I hope you will see, I have overcome the disability.
Having overcome these difficulties I currently write a variety of genres from Literary Fiction to Magical Realism to Experimental to Humor to Non-Fiction (creative and standard form) to a combination of all those things. My stories have appeared in close to a dozen online venues. You can read them all at your leisure by checking out the “Published Works” page on my Blog.
I graduated from Great Valley High School (same high school as Alice Sebold) and then Chestnut Hill College.
In college I was involved in The Broken Goose writers group, which has somewhat been revived as of late. Currently I am involved in the Downingtown Doo-Writers writing group.
